Adjunct instructors in the Corporate Education Department will deliver specialized training and instruction for workforce development and corporate education initiatives. This position is governed by state and federal laws and institutional policy. Specific course details, including subject matter and schedule, will be provided separately for each assignment. Compensation:
$25-$45 per hour to commensurate with education and experience.
Supervisory Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality instruction in assigned courses or training sessions.
Prepare and deliver course materials in accordance with provided curriculum guidelines.
Assess student learning and maintain accurate records of attendance and performance.
Communicate effectively with students, staff, and department leadership.
Adhere to institutional policies and procedures.
Skills and Abilities:
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to adapt teaching methods to diverse learners and corporate environments.
Proficiency in subject matter and willingness to stay current in the field.
Required Education and Experience:
Minimum of an associate degree or equivalent professional experience in the relevant subject area.
Demonstrated expertise in the field of instruction.
Preferred Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree or higher.
Prior teaching or training experience in corporate or workforce development settings.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to perform standard instructional duties, including standing, speaking, and using technology for extended periods.
