JOB DESCRIPTION

Process Engineer-Entry Level General Summary:

We are seeking a recent engineering graduate to develop into a PCB manufacturing Process Engineer. This is an entry-level position designed for someone with strong technical aptitude, curiosity, and a hands-on approach to problem solving. Previous PCB experience is not required. The first 3-6 months will focus heavily on learning PCB manufacturing processes while developing practical engineering, troubleshooting, and process-control skills. Key Responsibilities

• Learn PCB manufacturing processes through structured training and hands-on experience on the production floor.
• Provide technical support to manufacturing and assist with troubleshooting process and equipment problems.
• Collect and analyze process data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Participate in root cause analysis and corrective actions for manufacturing defects.
• Assist with process development, qualification, validation, and continuous improvement.
• Develop and maintain process specifications, work instructions, and manufacturing documentation.
• Support SPC, process capability studies, DOE, FMEA, and other engineering tools as experience develops.
• Work closely with production, quality, maintenance, and other engineering personnel.
• Gradually assume ownership of assigned manufacturing processes. Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, Materials Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• 1 year of professional experience; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Comfortable working in a hands-on manufacturing environment.
• Ability and desire to learn complex manufacturing processes.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• PCB or electronics manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required.

Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who is curious, analytical, hands-on, and eager to learn. The successful candidate does not need to have PCB experience, but have engineering foundation and aptitude to learn the PCB industry.
