Get more info on our official company website: www.beam-able.com What You'll Do Perform structural analysis and design for residential and wood-frame buildings Prepare construction drawings and structural details Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other consultants Conduct site visits and provide construction-phase support [Senior Only] Mentor junior engineers and assist with technical reviews Work Environment On-site work required at our Cupertino office Team-focused culture that values mentorship, mutual support, and continuous learning Regular project meetings and knowledge-sharing

Compensation Junior Level:

$70,000 - $90,000/year

Senior Level:

$90,000 - $120,000/year

Junior:

0-3 years experience /

Senior:

4+ years experience in structural engineering Preferred / Nice to Have Experience working on Bay Area residential projects Familiarity with local permitting processes Interest in long-term career growth and leadership development
