Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Architect and/or Senior CAD Technician with strong commercial project experience to join our innovative design and construction team in. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to diverse architectural projects, from initial concept development through detailed construction documentation. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of architectural design, construction processes, and advanced CAD software skills, enabling them to deliver high-quality, sustainable, and code-compliant solutions. Duties Develop comprehensive construction drawings and detailed documentation using Auto

CAD, CAD/BIM

software tools. Create accurate 3D models and renderings is a plus. Qualifications Proven experience as an Architect or Senior CAD Technician with a focus on commercial projects. Extensive proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, (SketchUp a plus). Strong knowledge of building code analysis, regulatory compliance, construction accessibility regulations, and sustainable design principles. Demonstrated expertise in construction documentation including drawings, details, & specifications.

Pay:

$80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
