software tools. Create accurate 3D models and renderings is a plus. Qualifications Proven experience as an Architect or Senior CAD Technician with a focus on commercial projects. Extensive proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, (SketchUp a plus). Strong knowledge of building code analysis, regulatory compliance, construction accessibility regulations, and sustainable design principles. Demonstrated expertise in construction documentation including drawings, details, & specifications.

Pay:

$80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
