Key Responsibilities Operate CNC laser machines to produce parts per specifications. Load and unload materials using forklifts, cranes, or by hand. Inspect finished parts for accuracy using standard tools. Maintain machine performance by cleaning optics, nozzles, and filters. Record production data and communicate issues to maintenance. Follow all safety and PPE protocols. Participate in team-based problem solving and process improvement. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. 6+ months of manufacturing or laser operation experience preferred. Basic computer and ERP system knowledge. Ability to read blueprints and follow work instructions. Competencies Strong attention to safety, quality, and detail. Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented. Effective communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks and lift up to 45 lbs. Work Environment & Physical Demands Manufacturing floor environment with variable temperatures. Standing, bending, and repetitive lifting required. Requires hearing and eye protection at all times.
