+ Bonus Travel Territory This position primarily supports clients throughout the Baltimore-Washington DC Metro Area, with occasional travel throughout Virginia, Pennsylvania, Delaware, and New Jersey. Are you an experienced Instrumentation, Metrology, or Calibration Technician looking for an opportunity to support cutting-edge biopharmaceutical and life sciences facilities? We're seeking an Instrument Field Service Technician to provide calibration, maintenance, and technical support for critical manufacturing, laboratory, and utility systems throughout the Baltimore-Washington region. What You'll Do
- Perform calibration and service work in accordance with company and client procedures
- Maintain calibration standards and ensure equipment remains in optimal working condition
- Create, update, and calibration procedures
- Develop and manage monthly calibration schedules
- Coordinate planned maintenance and calibration activities with equipment owners
- Complete calibration documentation, certificates, and compliance records
- Provide technical support for instrumentation and calibration processes
- Assist with equipment and facility qualification activities
- Recommend instrumentation and controls upgrades and best practices
- Support a variety of critical systems including:
- Autoclaves
- Incubators
- Refrigerators & Freezers
- Bioreactors & Fermenters
- AHUs
- BMS/BAS Systems
- CIP/SIP Systems
RODI & WFI

- Utility Systems What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications - High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Calibration Technician, Instrument Technician, Metrology Technician, or related technical field role
- Hands-on experience calibrating industrial instrumentation and process equipment
- Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in client facilities Preferred Qualifications
- Associate degree, trade school certification, or technical training
- Experience supporting biopharmaceutical, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or GMP-regulated environments
- Knowledge of instrumentation used in manufacturing, laboratory, and utility systems
- Experience with calibration scheduling and documentation systems Technical Experience with Measurements Including
