Execute the installation, termination, testing, and troubleshooting of fiber systems. Interpret complex network diagrams and blueprints. Conduct fiber certification and OTDR testing to ensure system integrity. Maintain high standards for productivity, safety, and quality across all project sites. Provide mentorship and training to junior field technicians to support team growth. Professional Qualifications Possession of an active NM ES-3J or EE-98J license, or a Texas Journeyman license that qualifies for reciprocity. Minimum of three years of hands-on experience in fiber optics. Prior experience in a supervisory or crew lead capacity is highly desirable. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and resolve technical issues. Must hold a valid driver's license and have access to dependable transportation.
