Reports To:

Installation Supervisor The Fiber Installation Technician is responsible for installing fiber-optic internet services directly at customer locations. This role involves setting up rooftop and in-home equipment, running cables, and ensuring seamless connectivity. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong work ethic, technical aptitude, and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and repair equipment as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Install fiber-optic internet services at residential and commercial customer sites Set up and configure rooftop and in-home networking equipment Run and secure fiber-optic cables in various environments Test and verify connectivity to ensure optimal performance Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during and after installation Educate customers on their new service and equipment operation Maintain accurate documentation of installations and service reports Adhere to safety protocols and company standards during all tasks

Skills and Qualifications:
