Key Responsibilities Lead and support electrical reliability and asset improvement initiatives across the facility Support substations, transformers, switchgear, MCCs, protection relays, and medium-voltage distribution systems Identify opportunities to improve reliability, efficiency, and performance of electrical infrastructure Support and execute capital projects (CAPEX) from concept through implementation Troubleshoot and resolve electrical system issues in a manufacturing environment Perform root cause analysis and implement long-term corrective actions Collaborate with maintenance, operations, engineering, contractors, and utility providers Drive continuous improvement efforts and reliability best practices Support electrical safety initiatives including Arc Flash and

compliance Ensure compliance with applicable safety standards, codes, and regulations Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field Experience supporting electrical systems in a manufacturing, industrial, utility, chemical, mining, metals, paper, energy, or heavy industrial environment Strong knowledge of power distribution systems and electrical infrastructure Experience with substations, transformers, switchgear, MCCs, or protection relays Experience supporting plant operations, maintenance, reliability, or asset improvement initiatives Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills Preferred Qualifications Electrical Reliability Engineering experience Experience with medium-voltage or high-voltage systems Arc Flash Analysis and
