Senior Electrical Reliability Engineer Direct Hire | Onsite - Hamilton, MS Sirius Talent is seeking a Senior Electrical Reliability Engineer to join a large-scale manufacturing facility in Northeast Mississippi. This is a direct hire opportunity offering strong compensation, relocation assistance, and the chance to lead electrical reliability, power distribution, and asset improvement initiatives across a complex industrial operation. This role is ideal for an engineer who thrives in a hands-on industrial environment and has experience supporting substations, transformers, switchgear, MCCs, protection relays, power distribution systems, and long-term reliability programs. The area offers a lower cost of living and excellent quality of life, with convenient access to Memphis, Birmingham, Nashville, outdoor recreation, hunting, fishing, and Gulf Coast destinations. Key Responsibilities Lead and support electrical reliability and asset improvement initiatives across the facility Support substations, transformers, switchgear, MCCs, protection relays, and medium-voltage distribution systems Identify opportunities to improve reliability, efficiency, and performance of electrical infrastructure Support and execute capital projects (CAPEX) from concept through implementation Troubleshoot and resolve electrical system issues in a manufacturing environment Perform root cause analysis and implement long-term corrective actions Collaborate with maintenance, operations, engineering, contractors, and utility providers Drive continuous improvement efforts and reliability best practices Support electrical safety initiatives including Arc Flash and
NFPA 70E
compliance Ensure compliance with applicable safety standards, codes, and regulations Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field Experience supporting electrical systems in a manufacturing, industrial, utility, chemical, mining, metals, paper, energy, or heavy industrial environment Strong knowledge of power distribution systems and electrical infrastructure Experience with substations, transformers, switchgear, MCCs, or protection relays Experience supporting plant operations, maintenance, reliability, or asset improvement initiatives Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills Preferred Qualifications Electrical Reliability Engineering experience Experience with medium-voltage or high-voltage systems Arc Flash Analysis and
NFPA 70E

Additional Details Schedule:
