You will lead operations of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and controls systems to ensure 24/7 reliability, uptime, and compliance. Responsibilities include managing preventive maintenance, incident response, vendor coordination, and capital improvements while optimizing energy performance and sustainability. You will mentor engineering staff, uphold safety and regulatory standards, partner closely with property and client teams, and leverage JLL's global best practices and technology to deliver resilient, high-performing building operations. Responsibilities Lead daily operations of critical mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and controls systems to ensure 24/7 uptime. Plan and oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs for all critical infrastructure. Respond to incidents, lead troubleshooting, and perform root cause analysis to prevent recurrence. Manage vendors and contractors for maintenance, testing, and capital projects. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements and JLL standards. Monitor system performance, energy use, and reliability; recommend optimization initiatives. Develop and manage maintenance and capital budgets for building infrastructure. Supervise, train, and mentor engineering and maintenance staff. Coordinate closely with property management and client stakeholders on risk, projects, and reporting. Maintain accurate documentation, drawings, procedures, and critical systems inventories.
