Faith Technologies is seeking a Senior Lead Electrical Engineer to drive complex design-build electrical projects across commercial, industrial, and energy markets. In this senior role, you will lead electrical system design, calculations, and coordination from concept through commissioning, ensuring code compliance, constructability, and safety. You will guide project engineers and designers, review drawings and submittals, and collaborate closely with construction teams, clients, and vendors. You'll champion innovation, mentor staff, and support continuous improvement while working in a safety-first, team-oriented environment focused on technical excellence and project delivery. Responsibilities Lead electrical system design for complex commercial, industrial, and energy projects from concept through commissioning Perform power, lighting, and control system calculations, including short-circuit and arc flash studies Review and stamp electrical drawings, specifications, and submittals for code compliance and constructability Coordinate closely with project managers, field teams, and clients to align design with schedule, budget, and safety goals Mentor and guide engineers and designers, providing technical leadership and quality oversight Support value engineering, innovation, and standardization of electrical design practices Participate in site visits, field coordination, and commissioning activities Ensure strict adherence to NEC, local codes, and company safety standards Required Skills Power distribution design Lighting and controls design Short-circuit and arc flash analysis Load calculations National Electrical Code (NEC) Construction documents (plans/specs) Revit or Auto CAD MEPMedium/low voltage systems Project leadership Commissioning and testing
