You'll use your technical expertise to troubleshoot complex electrical issues while helping develop the next generation of electricians. Lead troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repair of complex industrial electrical systems

Mentor and train entry-level and journeyman electricians

Troubleshoot, maintain, and support Allen-Bradley PLC systems

Oversee and support PLC programming and controls-related work

Develop and implement preventative electrical maintenance strategies

Identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime

Ensure electrical installations, repairs, and modifications meet safety and compliance requirements

Partner with operations and maintenance teams to resolve equipment issues
