Plan and estimate labor, material, and service resources per the established Planning Process Generate accurate and complete planning packages Constructively resolve priority, scope, job step, and resource requirement issues in partnership with Operations and Maintenance resources during the planning stage Team with schedulers to develop scheduler skills and understand how planning affects scheduling Critique and adjust plans/task list for completed jobs based on information returned from work execution crafts and supervision as well as seek feedback from the work execution team Notify the Master Equipment Data Owner of any equipment changes or BOM changes Assist with work order/notification closures and documentation as required Provide weekly communication to assigned Area Operations and Maintenance personnel pertaining to planning progress of assigned work Provide input and support for turnaround planning when requested Qualifications & Skills for

Success:

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a planner in the petrochemical industry (preferred) Ability to understand field changes and red-line drawings Ability to coordinate the work activities and schedules of multi-craft field work crews Intermediate skills in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook Familiar with MOC process and PSSR (pre-startup safety reviews) process Basic safety training and/or site-specific training
