This is a newly created leadership position driven by significant business growth and increased customer demand. The company is investing heavily in its engineering team, manufacturing capabilities, and long-term expansion plans. This role will provide leadership to project, process, and manufacturing engineering functions while helping scale operations to support major aerospace and defense programs.

What You'll Be Leading:

• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary engineering team
• Oversee project, process, and manufacturing engineering activities
• Support growth initiatives across aerospace and defense programs
• Drive project execution, process improvements, and operational excellence
• Partner with operations and leadership to support facility expansion
• Lead engineering efforts for new product and customer program launches
• Help build engineering capabilities and develop future talent

What They're Looking For:

• Engineering leadership experience within a manufacturing environment
• Experience leading engineers and technical teams
• Strong background in manufacturing processes and project execution
• Ability to work closely with plant operations and drive results

Highly Preferred:

• Casting or investment casting experience
• Foundry, metals, or precision manufacturing background
• Aerospace or defense manufacturing experience
• Titanium casting exposure
