This is a newly created leadership position driven by significant business growth and increased customer demand. This role will provide leadership to project, process, and manufacturing engineering functions while helping scale operations to support major aerospace and defense programs.

What You'll Be Leading:

• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary engineering team
• Oversee project, process, and manufacturing engineering activities
• Support growth initiatives across aerospace and defense programs
• Drive project execution, process improvements, and operational excellence
• Partner with operations and leadership to support facility expansion
• Lead engineering efforts for new product and customer program launches
• Help build engineering capabilities and develop future talent

What They're Looking For:

• Engineering leadership experience within a manufacturing environment
• Experience leading engineers and technical teams
• Strong background in manufacturing processes and project execution

Highly Preferred:

• Casting or investment casting experience
• Foundry, metals, or precision manufacturing background
• Aerospace or defense manufacturing experience
• Titanium casting exposure
