$150,000+ Base Salary + Bonus Relocation Assistance Available Accelerate Professional Talent Solutions is partnering with a growing aerospace and defense manufacturer that is looking to add an Engineering Manager to its Texas operation. This is a newly created leadership position driven by significant business growth and increased customer demand. The company is investing heavily in its engineering team, manufacturing capabilities, and long-term expansion plans. This role will provide leadership to project, process, and manufacturing engineering functions while helping scale operations to support major aerospace and defense programs.What You'll Be Leading:
- Lead and develop a multidisciplinary engineering team
- Oversee project, process, and manufacturing engineering activities
- Support growth initiatives across aerospace and defense programs
- Drive project execution, process improvements, and operational excellence
- Partner with operations and leadership to support facility expansion
- Lead engineering efforts for new product and customer program launches
- Help build engineering capabilities and develop future talent
What They're Looking For:
- Engineering leadership experience within a manufacturing environment
- Experience leading engineers and technical teams
- Strong background in manufacturing processes and project execution
- Ability to work closely with plant operations and drive results
- Proven success supporting growth and organizational expansion
Highly Preferred:
- Casting or investment casting experience
- Foundry, metals, or precision manufacturing background
- Aerospace or defense manufacturing experience
- Titanium casting exposure
