MODEM SOC

in Amazon LEO products.

Export Control Requirement:

Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e., current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum. Key job responsibilities

• Lead comprehensive validation and characterization planning for MODEM SOC and high-speed peripherals (LPDDR4, SerDes)
• Design and develop SOC test platforms with robust architectural integrity
• Develop and maintain advanced test automation and comprehensive testbenches for high-speed interfaces and peripheral (I3C, QSPI, Ethernet)
• Conduct system-level debugs in collaboration with cross-functional teams (Design, DV, Architecture, Manufacturing)
• Work with FPGA, Emulators and DV Environment to ensure successful Bring Up. Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• 5+ years of work experience in Bring Up, Validation and characterization of SOC or ASIC
• Proficient in characterizing PLL performance through metrics like jitter, phase noise
• Familiarity with protocols such as I2C, SPI, I3C and eMMC
• Experience using Bench top instruments such as Power Supply, DMM, High Speed Oscilloscope, Signal generator, Spectrum Analyzer, BERT, RF Switches and DAQs
• Working knowledge of programming languages such as Python and Embedded CPreferred Qualifications
• 3+ Years of experience Validating and Characterizing High speed peripherals
• LPDDR4 (or Equivalent) and SerDes
• Knowledge of Power Analysis and Characterization, Signal-Integrity and Power-Integrity
• Experience using FPGA or Emulator for Pre-Silicon Validation and Bring-Up Prep.
• Working knowledge of a MODEM is a plus
