Leveraging experienced leadership, advanced technology, and innovative engineering practices, LINC develops solutions that improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and drive customer success. We are seeking an experienced Senior Industrial Engineer / Simulation Engineer to support new business development, continuous improvement initiatives, automation planning, digital twin development, and operational optimization across our network. This role will serve as the engineering subject matter expert for simulation modeling, standardized work validation, process analysis, and future-state facility design. Experience with FlexSim is required.

Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:

Develop and maintain FlexSim simulation models to support facility design, labor planning, material flow, and automation initiatives. Support digital twin development and help create simulation-ready operations across the network. Conduct onsite time studies, validate standardized work, and identify process improvement opportunities. Analyze labor, space, equipment utilization, and material flow to improve operational performance. Lead continuous improvement and Kaizen initiatives focused on productivity, quality, and cost reduction. Support automation, facility layout, and future-state design projects across warehousing and manufacturing operations. Partner with Operations, Engineering, Pricing, and Business Development teams to develop innovative customer solutions. Serve as a subject matter expert for simulation, process design, and standardized work methodologies. The Ideal Candidate Should Possess the

Following:

5+ years of Industrial Engineering experience in manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, or supply chain operations. Advanced FlexSim experience and a passion for simulation modeling and digital twin technology. Experience with time studies, standardized work development, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement. Strong understanding of material flow, facility layouts, automation solutions, and process optimization. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with AutoCAD and other engineering software is preferred. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related engineering discipline. Ability to travel to operating locations throughout North America as needed.
