$80K - $110K (DOE)About the OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced Quality Engineer to play a key role in maintaining and improving product quality, manufacturing processes, and compliance standards within a growing maunfacturing environment. This position offers the opportunity to work cross-functionally with operations, engineering, and leadership to drive continuous improvement initiatives and support a world-class manufacturing environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesEstablish and maintain quality standards for manufacturing processes and finished productsManage and improve the Quality Management System (QMS), including documentation of corrective actions, incidents, and process improvementsConduct internal audits and ensure compliance with
ISO 9001
2015 and other applicable standardsDevelop, monitor, and analyze quality performance metricsEvaluate production processes and identify opportunities to improve quality, efficiency, and consistencyPerform inspections, testing, and validation activities on materials and productsLead root cause investigations and implement corrective and preventive actionsDrive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects, waste, and downtimePartner with customers, suppliers, and external auditors to ensure compliance and quality objectives are metSupport production optimization efforts through data analysis and process enhancementQualificationsBachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field3+ years of Quality Engineering experience within a manufacturing environmentAutomotive manufacturing experience strongly preferredExperience working with ISO 9001 and
ISO 14001
quality standardsStrong understanding of root cause analysis, corrective actions, and quality improvement methodologiesExperience with production optimization, process improvement, and manufacturing efficiency initiativesExcellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skillsPreferred ExperienceAPQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, and Lean Manufacturing methodologiesCustomer-facing quality support and supplier quality managementQuality auditing and regulatory complianceProven success leading initiatives that improve product quality, reduce defects, and increase operational performanceThis is an excellent opportunity for a quality professional looking to make a measurable impact in a growing manufacturing organization while enjoying strong compensation, career growth, and the ability to influence plant performance.
