$80K - $110K (DOE) About the Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Quality Engineer to play a key role in maintaining and improving product quality, manufacturing processes, and compliance standards within a growing maunfacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Establish and maintain quality standards for manufacturing processes and finished products Manage and improve the Quality Management System (QMS), including documentation of corrective actions, incidents, and process improvements Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with
ISO 9001
2015 and other applicable standards Develop, monitor, and analyze quality performance metrics Evaluate production processes and identify opportunities to improve quality, efficiency, and consistency Perform inspections, testing, and validation activities on materials and products Lead root cause investigations and implement corrective and preventive actions Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects, waste, and downtime Partner with customers, suppliers, and external auditors to ensure compliance and quality objectives are met Support production optimization efforts through data analysis and process enhancement Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field 3+ years of Quality Engineering experience within a manufacturing environment Automotive manufacturing experience strongly preferred Experience working with ISO 9001 and
ISO 14001
