Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM-3:00 PM Some Saturdays may be required. Position Summary We are seeking a motivated and analytical Continuous Improvement Engineer to drive operational excellence through process optimization, quality improvements, and efficiency initiatives. This role partners with cross-functional teams to evaluate current processes, implement sustainable improvements, and measure performance against key business objectives. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with strong analytical skills and a passion for continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment. Duties and Responsibilities Evaluate existing manufacturing and operational processes to identify opportunities for improvement. Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives that increase efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality. Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure process performance and improvement efforts. Analyze current processes, identify future-state opportunities, and recommend solutions. Lead and support the implementation of process improvements across multiple departments. Track project progress and report results related to productivity, quality, and cost savings. Complete all required documentation accurately and in a timely manner. Support Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives throughout the facility. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with 5S standards. Follow all company Safety, Environmental, and Quality policies and procedures. Collaborate with production, engineering, maintenance, and leadership teams to achieve operational goals. Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned. Qualifications Previous experience in Continuous Improvement, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or Process Improvement preferred. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills. Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S, or other continuous improvement methodologies is preferred. Ability to analyze data and develop measurable process improvements. Strong project management and organizational skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
