Adecco Permanent Recruitment has partnered with a leading manufacturing client to find a full time Manufacturing Engineer for their plant located in the Cookeville, TN area.

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate and improve manufacturing processes for efficiency, quality, and cost reduction Design and modify tooling, fixtures, and equipment to support production goals Lead root cause analysis and corrective action for production issues Implement lean manufacturing initiatives (Kaizen, 5S, standard work, etc.) Support new product introductions and engineering changes Develop and maintain process documentation (work instructions, PFMEA, control plans) Collaborate with production, quality, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive corrective actions as needed

Qualifications:

2+ years of relevant engineering experience within a manufacturing environment Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and ISO/TS and IATF standards Must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. Client is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.

Compensation & Benefits :

Pay Details:
