West Sacramento, CA Position Summary Looking to start a career in biotech manufacturing? No prior experience or degree required—we provide full training. As an Entry-Level Manufacturing Technician at GeminiBio, you will support day-to-day production activities including cleaning controlled environments, preparing materials, packaging products, and ensuring our operations run smoothly. This is a hands-on role in a team-oriented environment with opportunities to grow into advanced manufacturing positions. What You Will Be Doing

• Clean and maintain controlled (ISO) production areas
• Prepare, move, and organize materials between warehouse and manufacturing
• Wash, sterilize, and organize equipment and glassware
• Support product labeling, sealing, and packaging operations
• Follow clear, step-by-step work instructions (training provided)
• Stock supplies and keep work areas clean and organized
• Safely handle and dispose of materials and waste
• Assist with general facility and production support tasks
• All other tasks assigned to you by direct supervisor What We Are Looking For
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• No prior biotech or lab experience required—we will train
• Experience in warehouse, food production, manufacturing, or similar work is a plus
• Comfortable with physical, hands-on work
• Able to follow instructions and work in a structured environment
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced setting Work Environment & Physical Requirements
• Lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Stand for extended periods of time
• Perform repetitive tasks (lifting, bending, reaching)
• Work in a cleanroom environment (gowning required)
