As a R&D Software Engineer, you will be an integral part of the Research & Development & Operations departments supporting cutting-edge projects and collaborating with talented professionals. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a passion for technological advancement, which will align successfully within the organization. What's the Job? Design, develop, and optimize innovative software solutions for research projects Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate research concepts into functional prototypes Conduct rigorous testing and validation of new software tools and algorithms Document technical specifications and contribute to project reports Stay current with emerging technologies and incorporate them into ongoing projects What's Needed?
