We are seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Mechanical Engineer to join our fast-paced lighting manufacturing team. This role focuses on designing and developing custom lighting products from concept through production. Responsibilities Create and modify 3D models, sheet metal parts, assemblies, and engineering drawings. Convert solid models to sheet metal parts and create solids from surfaces. Use SolidWorks and DraftSight for design and drafting. Collaborate with manufacturing and team members to develop custom products. Assist with prototyping, product development, and other engineering tasks as needed. Qualifications Proficiency in SolidWorks, especially sheet metal applications, and DraftSight. Strong mechanical aptitude, artistic ability, and attention to detail. Excellent communication, organization, multitasking, and teamwork skills. Manufacturing experience preferred. Basic electrical and wiring knowledge, along with prototyping experience, is a plus.

Position Requirements:

Pay:
