Performs highly advanced and complex engineering design workPerforms and/or coordinates the review and processing of Plans, Specifications, and EstimatesMonitors consultants' progress and work quality; checks invoices and associated documentsRepresents the district at technical meetings and public hearingsReviews schematics, PS&E, project designs on engineering transportation projectsMakes presentations and represents TxDOTPerforms other duties as assigned
