This role will focus heavily on bank reconciliations within NetSuite while supporting general accounting functions, month-end close activities, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate is hands-on, technically strong in NetSuite, and comfortable managing high-volume transactions in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Perform daily, weekly, and monthly bank reconciliations within NetSuite Research and resolve outstanding reconciling items and discrepancies Prepare journal entries and maintain general ledger accuracy Assist with month-end and year-end close processes Reconcile balance sheet accounts and support financial reporting activities Analyze transactions and ensure proper accounting treatment Support audit requests and provide documentation as needed Collaborate with internal departments to resolve accounting issues and improve processes Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred 2+ years of accounting experience Strong experience performing bank reconciliations Hands-on NetSuite experience required Experience with general ledger accounting and account reconciliations Proficiency in Excel, including functions such as VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Preferred Experience Experience supporting high-volume transaction environments Exposure to month-end close and financial reporting Ability to work independently with minimal supervision This is an excellent opportunity for an accountant with strong reconciliation experience and NetSuite expertise to contribute immediately within a collaborative accounting team.
