full-time ProspectBlue is partnering with a growing restoration and project-based services company that is looking to add a Corporate Accountant to their team. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Staff or Senior Accountant who enjoys being hands-on, digging into the numbers, and working closely with a Controller. This person will play an important role in the month-end close, financial reporting, WIP accounting, cash flow forecasting, tax compliance, and financial analysis. What you'll be doing:

• Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations and journal entries
• Prepare and analyze WIP schedules
• Support month-end close and financial reporting
• Prepare flash reports, KPI scorecards, and financial analysis
• Assist with weekly/monthly and 13-week cash flow forecasting
• Handle multi-state Sales & Use Tax and Personal Property Tax filings
• Support audit preparation and GAAP research
• Build and maintain reports and dashboards
• Assist with acquisitions, ERP data migration, and other special projects
• Partner closely with the Controller and CFO on accounting and process improvements What we're looking for:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 3-5+ years of accounting experience
• Staff or Senior Accountant experience preferred
• Construction, restoration, or project-based services experience is a plus
• WIP or percentage-of-completion accounting experience is a plus
• Multi-state tax experience preferred
• Sage Intacct or similar ERP experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Someone who can work independently and enjoys solving accounting problems
