Job Summary Senior Commercial Lender/Branch Manager A well-respected community bank in Greeley, CO is seeking a Senior Commercial Lender to join its leadership team. This is a high-impact role for an experienced lender who wants to grow a strong portfolio, and play a key role in both the bank's success and the strength of the local community. This opportunity will soon transition into a Branch Manager position at a new location.

What You'll Do:

Lead the development and management of a diverse commercial loan portfolio and team Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners and local stakeholders Serve as a visible leader in the community, helping drive local economic growth and development Structure customized financing solutions to meet a wide range of client needs Mentor and support junior lenders, helping strengthen the overall team Collaborate with leadership on lending strategy, growth initiatives, and credit decisions Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and sound lending practices Build a strong team for the new location that you will manage with a lot of atonomy

What You Bring:

Proven experience in commercial lending Strong credit analysis, underwriting, and deal structuring skills Track record of business development and portfolio growth Leadership mindset with the ability to mentor and influence others In-depth understanding of local markets and client needs
