full-time We are looking for someone with an accounting background to assist with our accounts payable and general accounting needs. Responsibilities Receive and process invoices and credits Manage accounts payable Prepare check runs Track supplier and subcontractor lien waivers Manage and track 1099 subcontractor payments Maintain accurate financial records Communicate with vendors and subcontractors as needed Additional responsibilities may include assisting with payroll, tax reporting, and W-2 preparation. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and has previous accounting or bookkeeping experience.
