Accurately prepare and dispense prescription medications in compliance with safety and regulatory standards Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure appropriate medication therapy for long-term care residents Manage medication inventory and maintain proper documentation Provide patient counseling and education regarding prescriptions and medication management Monitor patients for medication efficacy and side effects, adjusting therapy as needed Uphold pharmacy policies and procedures to maintain quality and safety standards Qualifications /

Desired Experience:
