Job Description
Description of job duties include posting of cash receipts, gathering documents to invoice clients, lien waiver collections, communication with clients and employees, maintaining invoicing status worksheet, collection calls. Experience and knowledge in the following areas: Quickbooks Online and Sage Intaact, AIA invoicing, collection of lien waivers. Looking for an individual who is detail oriented, good organizational skills, maintain confidentiality, follow accounting procedures, good attendance record, time sensitive deadlines and month end functions. Ability to handle high volume for multiple companies.
