We're hiring for a growing CPA firm servicing diverse individual and business clients seeking a Full-Charge Bookkeeper .

Full-Charge Bookkeeper Responsibilities:

Full-cycle bookkeeping for multiple clients including monthly financials, quarterly reporting, and bank/expense reconciliations Review and record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process Prepare sales taxes and payroll taxes at the end of each month Payroll processing RT6, 940, 941, 1099 and W2 preparation Monitor financial transactions and reporting Process checks

Full-Charge Bookkeeper Requirements:

A minimum of 2 years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience for multiple clients Hands-on MS Office including Excel and QuickBooks Desktop and Online Tax preparation experience a plus Apply Now!
