Accounts Payable Specialist (Contract)

ContractAre you detail-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced accounting environment? We are seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to support a busy finance team with high-volume invoice processing and data entry.

What You'll Do:

Process a high volume of invoices accurately and efficientlyReview and enter voucher information into the accounting systemWork within the PeopleSoft ERP system to maintain accurate recordsVerify invoice details, coding, and supporting documentationResearch and resolve invoice discrepancies and vendor inquiriesEnsure timely and accurate payment processingAssist with filing, recordkeeping, and other AP administrative tasks
