As an AP Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth flow of our financial operations—from processing invoices with precision to ensuring compliance with internal controls. This is a hybrid role where you will spend the majority of your time working remotely but do need to be within a 60-mile radius of Iowa City with the availability to go onsite from time to time.

Review, verify, and process vendor invoices efficiently while ensuring accuracy across all transactions.

Perform 3-

Way Matching:

Match invoices, purchase orders, and receipts correctly to maintain compliance with company policies and procedures.

Software Expertise:

Use Microsoft Excel to track and update progress, as well as work within an ERP system

Problem-Solve Proactively:

Resolve discrepancies swiftly, anticipating and identifying issues for faster resolution.
