Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM ESTOverviewWe are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join a dynamic finance team supporting a large enterprise organization. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-volume environment, enjoys solving problems, and is committed to providing exceptional service to internal business partners.

Key ResponsibilitiesProcess and code a high volume of invoices accurately and efficiently.

Enter invoice data into the AP system while maintaining strong attention to detail.

Research and resolve invoice and payment discrepancies.

Respond to inquiries from internal stakeholders and vendors.

Provide guidance and support regarding payment processes and procedures.

Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with established AP policies and controls.

Utilize Microsoft Office tools to analyze and reconcile invoice data.

Required QualificationsMinimum of 2 years of Accounts Payable or related accounting experience.

Experience processing high volumes of invoices in a fast-paced environment.

Strong data entry skills and attention to detail.

Excellent customer service, communication, and relationship-building abilities.

Experience working within a large organization and structured AP environment.

Proficiency with:

Microsoft ExcelOutlookWordTeamsPreferred QualificationsOracle Accounts Payable experience.

Advanced Excel skills, including:

Pivot TablesVLOOKUPsSpreadsheet creation and analysisData exports and reconciliationsAssociate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business field.

Ideal CandidateThe successful candidate will be a dedicated Accounts Payable professional who is comfortable managing large invoice volumes (approximately 150 invoices per day), communicates effectively with internal business partners, and takes pride in delivering accurate, timely results.
