Bookkeeper Salary:

Bookkeeper:
- Process and code vendor invoices by project and cost category
- Maintain job cost accounting records and reconcile to the general ledger
- Complete monthly bank and credit card reconciliations across multiple entities
- Manage accounts receivable, deposits, and collections activities
- Support month-end close, journal entries, and financial reporting processes
- Assist with lender reporting, construction draws, and CPA documentation Qualifications for the
Bookkeeper:
- 5+ years of bookkeeping experience, preferably in construction or real estate
- Strong understanding of job cost accounting
- Proficiency with QuickBooks
