$62,000 – $75,000 annually

Key Responsibilities for the
AP/Payroll Specialist:
Process payroll and maintain payroll records, reports, and tax filings using an automated payroll system.
Calculate overtime, leave balances, deductions, and other payroll-related adjustments.
Prepare quarterly and annual payroll tax returns and process payroll-related remittances.
Monitor payroll compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and recommend process updates as laws change.
Support Human Resources with benefits enrollment, employee orientation, and benefits-related documentation.
Perform accounts payable functions, including invoice processing and payment administration as needed.
Qualifications for the
AP/Payroll Specialist:
Experience processing payroll, payroll taxes, and related reporting requirements.
Knowledge of federal and state payroll regulations, benefits administration, and payroll compliance.
Experience with payroll, accounting, or ERP systems.
Background in accounts payable, account reconciliations, and financial record maintenance.
