We are seeking an energetic, analytical, and forward-thinking CPA to serve as Chief Financial Officer. This isn't a slow-paced, back-office accounting role where you simply close the books each month. In our fast-moving financial technology environment, our CFO acts as a core strategic partner who thrives at the intersection of data modeling, liquidity optimization, and aggressive capital deployment. If you are an ambitious finance leader with strong quantitative chops and a proven aptitude for managing warehouse lines and high-velocity receivables, this role offers an immediate seat at the leadership table. Key Responsibilities Own relationships with institutional lenders, manage compliance reporting, and optimize borrowing bases for warehouse credit facilities to maximize capital deployment capacity. Oversee daily capital flows, balancing rapid deployment with incoming revenue collections and split-payment structures to maximize cash velocity and net returns. Partner with quantitative underwriting teams to model static pool performance, default trends, portfolio yields, and customer lifetime value (LTV). Build dynamic, code-driven financial models projecting cash runways, cost of capital, and net yield across varying macro and market scenarios. Supervise financial reporting and GAAP compliance while navigating complex accounting treatments for purchased receivables, discount accretion, and transactional debt. Drive the integration of automated financial management tools, API-driven bank feeds, and real-time BI dashboards to maintain instant visibility into balance sheet health. Qualifications & Skills Active Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is strictly required. 5 to 8+ years of accelerated financial experience, blending public accounting (Audit or Transaction Advisory for financial services/fintech) with high-growth corporate finance or asset-backed lending experience. High technical literacy with advanced quantitative and financial modeling skills (SQL, Python, or advanced Excel/BI tools) and a strong comfort level navigating large transactional data sets. Entrepreneurial, high-velocity leader who excels in a fast-paced environment where capital deployment strategies evolve rapidly. Clear executive presentation skills with the ability to translate complex data and financial metrics into compelling strategy for founders, board members, and credit facility partners.
