As a Disability Income Claims Examiner,you'llcollaborate with professionals across claims, medical, financial, and vocational disciplines to help customers navigatethe disability claims process.

The Minimum Qualification s Associate's degree + 1+ years of customer service experience, orBachelor'sdegree 1+ yearsdemonstratedability to communicate information clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing, to customers, peers, or other stakeholders through academic, internship, volunteer, or work experiences 1+ yearsdemonstratedexperience managing multiple priorities, staying organized, and meeting deadlines The Ideal Qualifications Bachelor's degree 1+ yearsdemonstratedability to analyze information, solve problems, and make sound decisions 3+ years of experience with Individual Disability Income, Long-Term Disability,or Long-Term Care claims. Prior customer service, investigative or analytical experience. Eager to learn, ask thoughtful questions, and understand how things work. Enjoy reviewing details, connecting facts, and solving problems.

Salary Range:
