Communicate complex legal concepts clearly to clients, providing exceptional customer service throughout the claims adjudication process. Maintain detailed records of negotiations, claim statuses, and correspondence using the firms' case management software for accurate documentation. Qualifications Strong negotiation skills with the ability to reach fair settlements efficiently while protecting company interests. Familiarity with insurance law. Excellent analysis skills to evaluate injury severity, liability issues, and damages accurately. Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Effective client communication skills with a professional yet approachable demeanor.
