Position Summary The Warranty Claims Specialist is responsible for managing warranty-related issues for drivetrain products, including engines, transmissions, differentials, transfer cases, and other related remanufactured and used components. This role ensures claims are processed accurately, efficiently, and in alignment with company policies while supporting a high level of customer satisfaction. The Warranty Claims Specialist will report directly to the General Manager. Key Responsibilities

• Process and manage warranty claims efficiently while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Review documentation, verify claim information, and assess claim validity.
• Maintain accurate and organized records for all claims, supporting documentation, and related communications.
• Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and internal team members regarding claim status and next steps.
• Assist in resolving discrepancies, concerns, or issues related to claims in a timely manner.
• Stay informed on relevant industry practices and warranty-related processes.
• Provide administrative and clerical support to the team as needed. Qualifications
• Previous experience in claims processing, claims adjustment, warranty claims, warranty administration, automotive repair, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of automotive repair processes is required.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple claims and priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented approach with a focus on accuracy and follow-through.
• Comfortable working with documentation, records, and basic administrative processes.
• Clerical experience is helpful but not required.
