MBA, or Law Degree preferred, 5+ years exp in a Control or Oversight role, Leadership/Management, Manufacturing Industry familiarity Position Overview A leading precision manufacturing organization is seeking a Compliance Manager to oversee corporate compliance, contract management, and risk mitigation initiatives across the business. This is a high-visibility role reporting directly to executive leadership, responsible for ensuring legal and regulatory compliance while driving efficient contract execution and protecting the organization from operational and commercial risk. Key Responsibilities Manage customer, supplier, and employment-related contracts from review through execution. Lead contract negotiations and identify potential legal, financial, and operational risks. Develop, implement, and maintain compliance programs, policies, and internal controls. Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards. Conduct internal compliance audits and recommend corrective actions when necessary. Support matters related to trade compliance, customs regulations, and export controls. Develop and deliver compliance training programs across the organization. Partner with leadership to promote ethical business practices and corporate governance. Provide compliance reporting and recommendations to executive management Qualifications Bachelors degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. Minimum 5+ years of progressive compliance experience, ideally within Manufacturing and Commercial environments. Experience reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts. Strong understanding of business, commercial, contract, or regulatory compliance requirements. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business systems. Manufacturing industry experience strongly preferred. Experience with export controls, trade compliance, customs regulations, or quality standards is a plus.
