We are seeking a Compliance Manager to lead contract management, compliance programs, policy development, and risk mitigation initiatives across a growing manufacturing organization. Key Responsibilities Manage contracts from intake through negotiation, review, and final execution Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies Review customer, supplier, vendor, and employment agreements Support compliance activities related to trade regulations, customs, and export controls Develop, implement, and maintain compliance programs, tools, and management systems Conduct internal audits and monitor compliance performance Lead initiatives focused on data protection, ethical business practices, and corporate integrity Deliver compliance training and guidance to employees and leadership Partner with executive management on risk assessment and regulatory matters Prepare compliance reports and recommendations for leadership Qualifications Strong knowledge of commercial law, business regulations, compliance programs, and corporate governance Experience managing contracts, negotiations, and risk management initiatives Familiarity with industry standards and quality frameworks, including ISO and related compliance requirements Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Excellent communication, conflict-resolution, and stakeholder management abilities Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and business systems Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Additional language skills are a plus Benefits
