This pivotal role involves developing, implementing, and maintaining comprehensive quality systems to ensure our products meet the highest standards of safety, compliance, and excellence. The ideal candidate will drive continuous improvement, foster cross-functional collaboration, and uphold regulatory requirements across all production processes. Responsibilities Develop, implement, and oversee quality management systems aligned with industry standards such as

ISO 9001, ISO

14001, and FDA regulations. Lead regular quality audits to assess compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements. Monitor all processes and promote continuous improvement. Conduct reliability and maintainability testing analysis and SPC control techniques to ensure that processes are robust and stable. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, engineering, and regulatory affairs to ensure product quality and compliance throughout the product lifecycle. Manage quality inspection procedures, GDT (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing), and QA/QC protocols to maintain rigorous control over manufacturing outputs. Lead training initiatives on quality systems, regulatory compliance standards, and best practices in manufacturing quality assurance. Investigate and initiate resolution of external and internal quality and environmental issues and reports to applicable customers, suppliers and Nachi Management. Apply current global quality and environmental programs and processes to Nachi systems as appropriate.

Requirements BA/BS required:

technical degree preferred. Extensive knowledge of

ISO 9001, ISO 14001

standards, and FDA regulations relevant to manufacturing environments. Proven experience in conducting quality audits and implementing quality management systems within industrial or manufacturing settings. Excellent team leadership capabilities with a focus on cross-functional communication and project management. Reliability and maintainability testing analysis experience.
