About the Role Odyssey Capital Advisors is looking for a detail-oriented, proactive Compliance & Office Administrator to join our team. This role offers hands-on experience working directly with our Chief Administrative Officer and Compliance Officer, supporting critical compliance functions, operational workflows, and administrative processes that keep our firm efficient and aligned with regulatory standards. The Impact You'll Make Drive Compliance Excellence:
Conduct internal audits and recommend improvements to strengthen processes. Manage compliance-related reports, streamline workflow tasks for efficiency, and support regulatory filings and annual compliance activities.
Shape Policy:
Research regulations and assist the Compliance Officer in developing clear, effective compliance policies and procedures.
Ensure Vendor Integrity:
Support vendor due diligence to maintain trusted partnerships. Keep Business Operations on
Track:
Coordinate firm meetings, projects and strategic business initiatives. Maintain organizational records and assist with firm administration.
Protect Our Systems:
Work with our managed service provider to perform cybersecurity checks and contribute to safeguarding firm data.
Maintain Brand Standards:
Review marketing and advertising materials to ensure compliance with industry guidelines.
Collaborate & Innovate:
Work with team members on special projects and ad hoc administrative initiatives.

OCA Educational Background & Experience:
Equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience will be considered. A bachelor's degree is required. Three or more years of experience in operations, compliance, administration, project coordination, financial services, or a related environment preferred.
