Job Description

Training & Compliance Coordinator About the Role Finray Solar is seeking an organized, proactive Training & Compliance Coordinator to manage the onboarding, training, and ongoing compliance requirements of our growing sales organization. This role will own the process of getting new Sales Representatives from hired to knowledge trained while helping ensure our existing teams remain properly trained and compliant with company and partner requirements. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable managing multiple onboarding processes at once, and able to turn policies and sales processes into clear, engaging training materials. This role is in-office at our location in Bala Cynwyd, PA, right off City Ave. Key Responsibilities Sales Representative Onboarding Manage the onboarding process for newly hired Sales Representatives nationally from hire through completion. Initiate and track required background checks. Send, collect, and track onboarding paperwork and required documentation. Coordinate representative setup and registration with Finray Solar's external partners. Maintain onboarding checklists and ensure representatives complete all requirements before becoming field-ready. Communicate with new representatives, managers, trainers, and partners to resolve outstanding onboarding items (Slack) Maintain accurate records of onboarding status, certifications, training completion, and required documentation (internal software) Training & LMS Development Create and maintain professional training decks used by company trainers and sales leadership Build and update LMS training modules for new and existing Sales Representatives Convert company processes, partner requirements, sales procedures, and compliance policies into easy-to-understand training materials Maintain training documentation as programs, partners, and regulatory requirements change Track LMS completion and follow up with representatives who have outstanding training requirements Work with sales leadership and trainers to continually improve the new-hire training experience Ongoing Training & Retraining Coordinate recurring team retraining sessions for the sales organization Identify representatives requiring additional training based on compliance issues, quality assurance findings, or management feedback Schedule and track required retraining sessions Maintain documentation confirming completion of required coaching and retraining Sales Compliance Track sales representative compliance issues and required corrective actions Conduct or coordinate compliance conversations with Sales Representatives when issues are identified Clearly communicate the issue, applicable policy, and required corrective action to the representative Document compliance conversations, retraining, acknowledgments, and completion dates Help ensure representatives remain compliant with Finray Solar policies and other requirements What We're Looking For 2+ years of experience in onboarding, training coordination, sales operations, compliance, HR coordination, or a related role preferred Exceptional organizational and follow-up skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Comfortable having professional accountability and compliance conversations with employees and sales representatives Experience creating presentations and training materials Experience working with an LMS or other online training platform is preferred Ability to learn partner requirements and translate them into straightforward processes and training Comfortable managing multiple new hires, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, or similar business productivity tools Experience in solar, energy, direct sales, or another regulated sales environment is a plus

$54,000-$60,000 per year , based on experience

Medical Health Share and other options Health Reimbursements up to $2000 annually Personal Trainer Reimbrusements, up to $1500 annually 401k and up to 3.5% match What Success Looks Like Success in this position means new Sales Representatives move through onboarding efficiently, arrive at training prepared, complete all required certifications and LMS modules, and are properly set up with our partners before entering the field. You will also help create a culture of continuous improvement by ensuring existing representatives receive regular refresher training and that compliance issues are addressed quickly, consistently, and with the appropriate documentation and retraining.

$54,600.00 - $60,000.00 per year
