Job Description

About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented Credit Analyst to join our team and support our lending operations. In this role, you will analyze credit data and financial statements to help determine the creditworthiness of agricultural, commercial, or consumer loan applicants. Your insights will be key to managing risk and ensuring sound lending decisions. Key Responsibilities Review and analyze financial statements, credit reports, and loan applications Assess borrowers' creditworthiness by evaluating financial history, cash flow, collateral, and other relevant data Prepare detailed credit memoranda and risk analysis reports for loan committee review Collaborate with loan officers and underwriting teams to structure appropriate loan terms Monitor existing loan portfolios to identify potential risks and recommend corrective actions Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal credit policies Maintain accurate records and documentation of credit analyses Stay informed on industry trends, economic conditions, and regulatory changes impacting credit risk Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field preferred Prior experience in credit analysis, lending, or underwriting preferred (agriculture or commercial lending experience is a plus) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail Proficiency in financial statement analysis and credit risk assessment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work both independently and collaboratively Familiarity with credit software and financial modeling tools preferred What We Offer Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunities for professional growth and development Supportive team environment Commitment to work-life balance and employee well-being How to Apply Submit your resume and cover letter to: Sal Langerock at sal.langerock@gogpac.com or call/text 605(277-3774)
