Job Description
Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cargo Agent to join our team. As a Cargo Agent, you will be responsible for handling and managing cargo shipments in a warehouse environment. This is a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of goods.Responsibilities:
- Build and prepare cargo shipments for transportation
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load and unload cargo
- Utilize warehouse management systems to track and manage inventory
- Perform shipping and receiving duties, including verifying shipment contents and documentation
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections of cargo to ensure proper handling and secure packaging
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate logistics and resolve any issues that may arise
Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required
- Ability to lift 70 pounds.
Job Type:

$18.00- $21.
